Key Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced data architect to lead our team of data engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and maintaining scalable, robust data architectures and pipelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set clear goals, define project scopes, and allocate tasks to team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development for team members.
  • Establish a positive and collaborative team culture that fosters open communication and knowledge sharing.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in data engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
  • Experience with Apache Airflow and data pipeline optimization.
  • Ability to lead complex technical projects and drive results-oriented teams.
