Job Description:

  • Maintain existing reports and create new dashboards as required, utilizing various data sources.
  • Participate in the preparation of quarterly meetings, coordinating with various entities, including Accounting, Treasury, Compliance, Risks, and business lines.
  • Steer the management of regulatory ratios, ensuring compliance with both local and global requirements.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on the balance sheet and synthesize insights to support decision-making.
  • Update policies and procedures in alignment with directives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful reports for monitoring.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of the balance sheet and regulatory ratios to support informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; familiarity with Alteryx is a plus.
  • Self-motivated team player characteristics with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the banking or financial sector, specifically in Asset and Liability Management, financial analysis, or related fields.
  • Experience working with Power BI, MS Office, and conducting data analysis; familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, DAX, and SQL is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets and various data sources to derive actionable insights.
