Job Title: Service Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a skilled Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending service maintenance calls, providing technical support to customers, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering and at least 25 years of experience in CNC maintenance. They should be able to engage in problem-solving, interpret data, and provide recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.

Responsibilities:

  • \
  • To attend service maintenance calls for all FANUC products viz. CNC, Robots and CNC machines [Robodrill - VMC, Robocut - Wire EDM & Roboshot - Plastic Injection Molding Machine].\
  • To provide routine service support in respective zone accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.\
  • To develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders in the respective zone customers.\
  • To engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.\
  • To follow up with the customers for pending payments (Accounts Receivables).\
  • To assist Sales team with market information on start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts.\
  • To travel within assigned sales territory (local & overnight).\
  • Profile Expectation:\
    • \
    • Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering with 60% above throughout academics.\
    • At least 25 years of experience in CNC maintenance.\
    • Able to engage in problem-solving, interpret data, and provide recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.\\
