We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in open source program management, compliance, and governance. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving strategies and initiatives related to open source policies and processes across the organization. They will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end compliance of open source software usage across all Infosys-owned products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement open source compliance strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of open source software into our products and platforms.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with open source software usage.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on open source software best practices and compliance procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with current technological trends and global standards related to open source software usage.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in open source compliance activities.
- Experience with Synopsys Detect/BlackDuck HUB and other SCA tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of open-source licenses and proprietary/3rd-party terms and conditions.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to understand programming principles and review source code for analysis and assessment.
- Awareness of build systems such as Maven, Git, pip, and Npm.
- Familiarity with open-source AI models and possible use cases is a plus.
- Preferably, experience in intellectual property compliance.
- Familiarity with the latest AI landscape and compliance regulations.
