Security Governance and Compliance Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic security initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will provide advisory services to clients, leveraging governance frameworks and industry standards.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security strategies, roadmaps, and policies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk management, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity best practices to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Lead assessments, gap analysis, and compliance audits to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted recommendations.
  • Design and implement enterprise-wide security governance frameworks to strengthen organizational resilience and reduce risk exposure.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective incident response, business continuity, and risk mitigation.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of governance frameworks, industry standards, and security strategies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for effectively translating security risks into business impact and strategic recommendations.
