As a Senior AI Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive business value.

This highly skilled position requires expertise in Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and MLOps. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex enterprise challenges and develop innovative AI models using LLMs, generative techniques, and agentic frameworks.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement state-of-the-art AI models that integrate APIs and libraries like Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, and vector databases (e.g., Redis).
  • Optimize end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, model training, and deployment, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI goals and tailor solutions to business needs, applying similarity search, domain adaptation, and model compression techniques.
  • Evaluate model performance using metrics for generative outputs coherence, relevance, and quality, and curate large-scale datasets for generative AI applications.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), monitoring model performance and ensuring reliability using logging and observability tools.
  • Apply trusted AI principles fairness, transparency, accountability, and ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. is a plus).
  • 5+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI model development, with proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Strong grasp of NLP (BERT, GPT, Transformers) and computer vision techniques, with experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and deploying AI at scale.
  • Skillled in data engineering, DevOps, and MLOps practices, with classical ML regression, classification, clustering, time series, optimization techniques including Mixed Integer Programming (MIP), and infrastructure automation via Terraform or CloudFormation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Mixed Integer Programming (MIP) for optimization.
  • Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
  • Monitoring tools and scalable deployment strategies.
