User Experience Researcher

As a User Experience Researcher, your primary goal will be to understand users' needs and behaviors through research and analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods such as user interviews, usability tests, and domain research.
  • Understanding demographics, markets, and competition within the mobile and web space.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma for documenting progress.

You will work closely with stakeholders, team members, and users to foster positive collaboration and articulate complex ideas persuasively.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A specialization in UX research or a related background.
  • Industry experience in planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, competition analysis, UX audits, or persona creation.
  • At least 6 months of full-time experience (strong and relevant internship experience in UX research can also be considered).

The ideal candidate will have excellent research and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
