Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 8-10 Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in US IT staffing & recruitment, with a strong network of existing clients and partners.
  • Strong Business Development Skills: Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
