Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee and manage the finishing stages of high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the finishing industry and a proven track record in managing large-scale, high-quality projects from start to finish.

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the finishing process for single, high-profile projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and clients.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and construction teams to meet project objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in the finishing industry, with at least 10 years in a lead or management position.
  • Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and equipment.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
