About the Role

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for fitness and customer experience? We're looking for a dynamic Cluster Manager to lead a group of Pilates studios and drive sales growth.

">Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue targets for multiple studios, leveraging your expertise in sales and operations to improve lead conversion and achieve PT and package sales goals.
  • Work closely with Studio Managers to boost conversion and retention, ensuring SOPs and brand experience are consistently followed.
  • Collaborate with marketing to coordinate local activations and foster a high-energy, performance-focused culture.
  • Coach Studio Managers and front desk teams to meet KPIs, implementing sales/service training and performance reviews.
  • Handle member escalations effectively and empathetically, ensuring premium service at every customer touchpoint.
Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales & operations (fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail).
  • Proven success in managing multi-location operations (6–7 outlets).
  • Strong communication & leadership skills.
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across regions.
