Job Opportunity

Our company is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our responsible sourcing initiatives. The focus will be on ensuring compliance within product design, development, sourcing, and procurement processes. This involves evaluating the effectiveness of our suppliers in meeting our compliance requirements, specifically related to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the audit program to assess supplier compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the management of Supplier Compliance Questionnaires and ensure timely remediation of any non-compliances identified.
  • Implement upstream prevention and mitigation strategies to minimize risks associated with non-compliant suppliers.
  • Manage digital platforms to track supplier performance and maintain current data and scorecards.
  • Provide regular feedback to stakeholders and communicate key findings to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for suppliers to enhance their understanding of compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management and a proven track record of driving compliance within global organizations.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain compliance, including strategic alignment, business partnering, operational modeling, process optimization, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
