Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-driven Merchandiser Manager to lead the custom order lifecycle from client brief to delivery.

This cross-functional role requires close collaboration with designers, production teams, artisans, and global clients to deliver high-end, customized rugs and textile products meeting aesthetic, technical, and delivery specifications.

  • Execute end-to-end custom and bespoke rug orders.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, and internal design teams.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable production plans.

The ideal candidate has a degree in textile technology, 4–5 years of experience in merchandising, and knowledge of textile techniques, materials, and hand-crafted production methods.

Key Requirements:

  • Manage custom order trackers, T&A calendars, and internal coordination sheets.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis for custom requirements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • Support costing and pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and export teams.
Requirements & Skills

*Degree in textile technology (mandatory)

4–5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, preferably in home furnishings, textiles, or bespoke fashion/luxury sector.

Strong communication and coordination skills with fluency in both English and Hindi.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and PLM or order management systems.

Eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
