Job Description

  • BPO Operations Leadership Role
  • The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple business process outsourcing (BPO) teams, ensuring excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business objectives, improve efficiency, and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaboration with Senior Leadership: Align operational goals with organizational priorities through collaborative efforts.
  • Operations Management: Oversee multiple client accounts and operational teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
  • Team Leadership Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Compliance Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and innovations to drive business growth and excellence.
