We are seeking a skilled Dairy QA Manager to lead our plant team in ensuring the quality of products meets PAPL standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the 'Quality and Food Safety' culture across value chain.
  • Develop and implement Quality goals/KPIs, achieving set targets year on year.
  • Identify, plan, document, and manage practices, activities, and resources needed to meet quality Goals and objectives.
  • Implement PAPL quality standards for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products at all company owned plants and franchisee plants.
  • Manage knowledge of handling of Raw Milk Reception including analysis as per IS, Criteria of milk selection for different processes.
  • Familiarity with Fermented Products, Raw milk, Flavored Milk, and Testing procedures.
  • Expertise in Reconstitution and recombination process of Milk.
  • Flavored milk and Fermented Products (Drinking Yoghurts) preparation
  • Knowledge of UHT, Homogenizer, Aseptic Tank, and Aseptic packaging system operation.
  • Lead team adherence to Standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor production process based on KPIs, identifying scope of improvement.
  • Ensure plant runs without deviations, analyzing and compiling deviation reports.
  • Manage efforts of operating teams in efficient conversion of material into quality product.
  • Impart functional training to team and ensure plant hygiene.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in QA or related field.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of quality principles and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
