Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Lead to spearhead our technical endeavors.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and soft skills, with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying websites using Power Pages. Additionally, they should have proficiency in full-stack web programming, security and lifecycle management expertise, as well as strong integration abilities (APIs, Dataverse, M365, Azure).

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and deploying websites using Power Pages with in-depth configuration and customization.
  • Building end-to-end cloud solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and basic Power BI.

Requirements:

  • Advanced data modeling capabilities, including entity, field, and relationship customization using Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Expertise in integrating and customizing Dataverse to serve as the data backbone for Power Pages and other platform applications.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Liquid for custom user experience, advanced logic, and front-end extensibility.
  • Comfortable with RESTful Web APIs for integrating external data and services.
  • Familiarity with C#, TypeScript, and JSON for advanced solutions.

Additional Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of security, authentication, and authorization within Power Pages and Power Platform.
  • Implementation of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management): managing environments, source control, solution packaging, and deployment using DevOps pipelines and Power Platform CLI.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in tools like Visual Studio Code, Power Platform CLI, and Power Pages Management App for development, code management, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipeline automation for solution delivery.

Soft Skills:

  • Effective requirement gathering with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Teamwork in agile, cross-functional, and sometimes international setups; ability to train and mentor junior developers.
