Business Finance Expert

We're seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented finance professional to play a key part in shaping pricing strategy, reducing revenue leakages, and driving data-led financial decisions.

Pricing Strategy & Revenue Optimization
  • Design and implement pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments.
  • Monitor MDR structures, interchange fees, and cost dynamics to maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with product and business teams to evaluate pricing for new launches or experiments.
Revenue Leakage Identification & Recovery
  • Analyze transaction-level data to identify mismatches, undercharges, and revenue leakage.
  • Support implementation of controls and fixes to plug leakages across systems and merchant billing.
Business Partnering
  • Act as a finance partner to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops teams on pricing and profitability.
  • Participate in key business reviews, offering financial insights and pricing recommendations.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Create dashboards and models to track pricing health, merchant-level profitability, and recovery metrics.
  • Drive automation and visibility across pricing and revenue dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in business finance, pricing, or FP&A roles. Exposure to fintech, payments, or merchant businesses is highly desirable.
  • CA/MBA (Finance) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of merchant acquiring economics (MDR, interchange, transaction flows).
  • Proven ability to conduct financial modelling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL; familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Sharp business acumen with strong ownership and cross-functional influence.
