Business Development Lead for Enterprise Solutions

At Hiring Prism, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the assigned geography and acquiring new accounts and logos across different industry verticals.
Job Requirements- 8 years of proven Sales & Business Development experience
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business administration or equivalent
- Must have sales experience into Enterprise Software Solutions - BI, CRM, ERP, EPM, or any enterprise-level solutions
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability. You will be responsible for developing new sales techniques, understanding customer needs, and suggesting changes in products to meet these needs.
