Job Overview We are looking for an experienced EA Certified Business Enterprise Architect with 20 years of expertise to join our team. This role will involve leading and managing the development and execution of strategic enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment of business strategies with IT infrastructure, processes, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture frameworks, business process analysis, and proven success in implementing scalable, cost-effective IT solutions that drive business value. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture Leadership
• Lead the development, implementation, and management of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy across the organization.
• Develop and maintain the EA vision to align IT and business strategies, ensuring that the enterprise architecture supports the overall business goals and long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with senior business and IT leadership to ensure that the enterprise architecture is in sync with corporate goals, future technology trends, and market demands.
• Define the EA framework and ensure its application in all architecture decisions, leveraging the latest best practices, tools, and methodologies. Business and IT Alignment
• Establish a clear link between business processes and IT systems, ensuring that technology solutions support and improve business performance and operational efficiency.
• Analyze business needs and objectives, working closely with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Oversee the design of enterprise-wide solutions that are scalable, flexible, and aligned with both business and technology strategies.
• Ensure that IT solutions are developed and executed in a manner that reduces complexity, lowers costs, and improves operational performance. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
• Partner with business executives and leaders to shape IT strategies and ensure that business objectives are supported by effective enterprise architecture.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all EA-related matters, ensuring that technology decisions align with the company's strategic direction.
• Communicate complex architecture solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a way that is clear, actionable, and aligned with business needs.
• Engage in high-level discussions with business and IT stakeholders to define future business capabilities and technology trends. Technology and Systems Evaluation
• Evaluate new technologies and solutions to determine their alignment with the organization's goals and integration into existing IT infrastructure.
• Conduct regular reviews of the organization's existing systems, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and designing solutions to enhance performance.
• Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, and best practices for the selection, implementation, and integration of technology solutions across the organization. Architecture Governance and Compliance
• Implement EA governance processes to ensure that all enterprise architecture decisions are aligned with corporate policies and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, including security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the architecture review process for new technology projects and solutions, ensuring that they meet quality, security, and compliance standards. Team Leadership and Mentorship
• Lead and mentor a team of architects and technical experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior architects, ensuring that the EA team is highly skilled and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Manage resources and priorities for the enterprise architecture team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality architecture solutions on time and within budget. Strategic Roadmap Development
• Develop and maintain a long-term strategic roadmap for enterprise architecture, ensuring that business and IT strategies are integrated and aligned with the company's evolving goals.
• Work with the leadership team to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources in line with business strategy and objectives.
• Guide the design and execution of roadmaps for enterprise-wide transformations, ensuring all IT and business units are aligned with evolving business needs. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in enterprise architecture, emerging technologies, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to shape the company's IT strategy.
• Lead the innovation of new business models, services, and solutions by leveraging modern technologies such as cloud computing, big data, AI, and IoT.
• Continuously improve and refine architecture processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure the highest quality, performance, and scalability. Qualifications & Skills
• EA Certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent) is required.
• 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record in business transformation, IT strategy, and solution architecture.
• Deep understanding of EA frameworks and methodologies, including TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, business processes, and technology trends, with the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, business process analysis, and technology evaluation.
• Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions across various industries, focusing on scalability, integration, and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior leaders, business users, and technical teams.
• Proven leadership ability, with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior management in decision-making.
• Experience with cloud technologies, data architecture, business intelligence, and integration solutions is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications :
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards, such as GDPR, ISO, or HIPAA.
• Familiarity with enterprise data management, business intelligence, and data governance.
