Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify relevant influencers who align with our brand values and objectives.

  • Pitch collaboration ideas to influencers and maintain timely follow-ups to ensure successful partnerships.

  • Maintain and update influencer databases regularly to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Campaign Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams.

  • Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules to meet campaign objectives.

  • Share creative briefs and ensure that influencers adhere to brand guidelines for consistent messaging and visual identity.

Content & Engagement Tracking

  • Monitor influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign successes.

  • Track engagement metrics and compile performance reports to inform future campaign strategies.

  • Assist in user-generated content (UGC) collection and content approvals to ensure high-quality content meets brand standards.

Relationship Management

  • Nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators, fostering trust and mutual understanding.

  • Ensure timely communication and manage basic negotiation within established budgets.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.

  • Passionate about content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
