Strategic Reward Expert, Senior Specialist

The centre of excellence for employee benefits plays a vital role in driving business success by prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • As a primary contact, leads employee benefits advice, guidance and insight across departments. Develops and implements customer-centric, data-driven benefits solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes for specific business areas and geographies.
  • Works with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance the effectiveness of employee benefits in driving improved business results. Ensures seamless benefits centre activities and processes to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Drives increased leadership and line manager understanding of the value and impact of employee benefits adoption and use. Collaborates with HR and centre teams to leverage opportunities to enable managers to make informed benefits decisions.
  • With colleagues, identifies innovative ways to simplify employee benefits delivery and drive performance within and across departments through benefits insights.

Develops and embeds benefits programmes (cyclical and change) across the organization, as well as enhancing benefits value as part of the employer value proposition.

Brings external perspectives and ingrains best practices across the organization to increase the impact of benefits on organizational performance.

### Change and Project Delivery (Expert): ###

  • Highly proficient in change management techniques to facilitate smooth transition of benefits change to attract, reward, and retain employees throughout the organization.

### Storytelling with Data/Business Insights (Expert): ###

  • Strong skills in building the case for benefits change, drawing on data and analytical insights, and communicating through customer-centric design.

### Communication (Expert): ###

  • The ability to communicate confidently and with influence across all benefits matters, tailoring your communication style to suit the intended audience.

### Innovation and Excellence (Expert): ###

  • Constantly builds knowledge base through internal and external learning exposure, bringing thought leadership to influence business benefits solutions. Demonstrates ability to grow capability of others through knowledge sharing and coaching.
