Luxury Furniture Sales Role
Evora is a leading luxury furniture brand that specializes in high-end, bespoke, and sustainable furniture solutions. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our growth in the luxury furniture market.
Job Description: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic business development plan to expand Evora's presence in luxury furniture markets. This includes building strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and representing Evora in new markets. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing market segment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to expand Evora's presence in luxury furniture markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including interior designers, architects, property developers, furniture showrooms, and high-net-worth clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Promote Evora's unique selling points, including bespoke furniture design and sustainable practices, to key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Deliver professional presentations and pitches to clients in the luxury space, showcasing Evora's products and design expertise.
- Represent Evora at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, maintaining a positive brand image and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
- Monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure effective client service and meet sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts to the management team, helping to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the luxury furniture, interior design, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of global furniture and interior design markets, with an established network of contacts (e.g., designers, architects, developers).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in delivering presentations and pitches to clients in the luxury space.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
