Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned ISO professional to lead our clients' compliance efforts. As an ISO Program Manager, you'll oversee implementations, conduct gap assessments, and develop audit-ready documentation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards from scratch
  • Conducting internal audits and external audit prep
  • Developing clear, audit-ready documentation for clients
  • Guiding clients through closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems
  • Collaborating with the Chief Consultant on strategy and project execution
  • Maintaining client projects organized and compliant
  • Supporting clients during audits and post-audit corrective actions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • 5–10 years of hands-on ISO and compliance experience
  • Bonus: knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards
  • Excellent writing skills (reports, SOPs, client communications)
  • Highly organized and detail-driven with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern email tools
