Compensation Strategy Implementation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the execution of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and be responsible for delivering on the pre-determined strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders.

  • Developing and implementing deferred compensation strategies in line with senior executive objectives and direction
  • Collaborating with senior business stakeholders to gather feedback and make adjustments to the strategy as required
  • Leading program socialization activities and stakeholder engagement efforts
  • Engaging with project managers and portfolio leads to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities
  • Supporting effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex global organisations. They will also possess deep knowledge of public company equity compensation, exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong leadership and organizational abilities.

This role requires:
