ESG Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a motivated ESG reporting specialist to support the development of our sustainability and ESG reporting product.

This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals with a strong interest in sustainability, corporate reporting, and ESG technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze ESG standards including BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines.
  • Assist in tracking regulatory and compliance trends in sustainability reporting.
  • Support data collection and reporting templates for ESG metrics.
  • Develop workflows for GHG emission (Scope 1, 2, 3) accounting.
  • Prepare benchmarking studies and gap assessments for clients.
  • Collaborate with the product team to test and validate ESG data workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools is a plus.
