Seeking a talented professional with expertise in AS400 technology to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of CLP/RPG/RPGLE on commercial applications and experience in working with DB2 concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Minimum 2- 6 years of development industry experience with exposure to complete life cycle of development at least once on CLP/RPG/RPGLE on commercial applications.
  2. Extensive Knowledge of AS400 technology (RPGLE, CLLE, DB2), ILE which also means working knowledge of modular programming in ILE-RPG including Modules, Service Programs etc.
  3. Appreciation and knowledge of effort estimation, Unit Testing. Should be experienced in writing comprehensive Unit Test Cases / Plans. Able to execute & coordinate SIT & UAT with another vendor and Project Implementation
  4. Knowledge of trouble shooting during various phases of development
  5. Reasonable working experience of coding new (and changing) complex CL programs.
  6. Knowledge of DB2 concepts and associated methodologies.

  2. Experience in Insurance domain (preferred in Life insurance domain)
  3. Can work as part of the larger team to ensure satisfactory deliveries.
  4. Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
  5. Self-motivated, flexible, responsible and a desire for quality
