Visual Storyteller for Mobile Games

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Game Artist to join our team as an intern. As a key member of our art department, you will be responsible for creating captivating visuals for our mobile games.
About the Role:
You will assist in the creation of high-quality 2D art assets, including characters, environments, props, and UI elements. You will also collaborate with the art team to develop and maintain the visual style and aesthetic of our games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create concept art and sketches to visualize ideas and iterate on designs.
- Work closely with game designers, animators, and developers to ensure that art assets are implemented correctly and meet technical requirements.
- Perform quality assurance on art assets, ensuring they meet our high standards and are consistent with the game's style.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in 2D art and apply this knowledge to your work.
- Develop and refine your skills in storytelling through pose and composition.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your 2D art skills, including character design, environment design, and UI elements.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Maya, and Max.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
