About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Business Development professionals to join our team and contribute to our ambitious new customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for the Enterprise model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with corporate clients to sell online enterprise recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize various channels to generate leads, including referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, and other strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with prospects and clients to build a loyal customer base.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling large accounts (HRTech background preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in at least two languages.
  • Proven lead generation to closure experience.
