Chief Financial Operations Specialist

An experienced Accounts Payable professional is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports. They manage AP staff, enforce financial controls, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise daily AP operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Manage, train, and support accounts payable staff.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement AP processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Assist with audits, month-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Generate AP reports and support financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
