Senior Quality Assurance Director

As a senior leader in quality assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our research and development initiatives. This includes experimental design, process development, technology transfer, lab management, regulatory compliance, and advanced material characterization.
- Develop and implement quality systems to ensure first-time-right products designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close stage gates, support analytical needs, and drive timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Manage overall developmental Quality Assurance function across R&D and pilot stages.
- Design right experiments, DOE, hypothesis studies to conduct experiments with R&D and technology teams.
- Set up processes for new products at R&D and pilot stages to pass through robust stage gate systems.
- Ensure QA-technology transfers to sites are smooth and compliant with SOPs, policies, and regulations.
- Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- 16-24 years of experience in API/Intermediate/Fine chemical industry.
- Sound knowledge of Fine Chemical DQA is a must, along with good product development skills at R&D stages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and identify process optimization opportunities.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
