About the Role We are seeking an experienced QC Manager to oversee quality control operations in our Polyester Staple Fibre PSF manufacturing unit The role involves managing testing inspection and compliance processes to ensure product quality meets customer requirements ISO standards and industry specifications Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the QC department including lab staff inspectors and quality analysts Develop implement and monitor quality control procedures for PSF production Oversee testing of denier cut length tenacity elongation moisture crimp and other fibre parameters Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 environmental and safety standards Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective preventive actions Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure consistent quality output Maintain and review QC documentation lab records and reports Train and guide QC staff on quality best practices lab testing methods and inspection protocols Coordinate internal and external audits ISO customer audits etc Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Textile Technology Polymer Science Chemical Engineering or related field Minimum 6-10 years of experience in quality control quality assurance in PSF or fibre manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of fibre testing standards ASTM BIS ISO and lab equipment Hands-on experience with quality management systems QMS statistical process control and reporting Job Type Full-time Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
