We are looking for a Quality Control Executive to support food safety and quality compliance across our contract manufacturing facilities This role involves conducting audits inspections and quality checks handling documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of food safety standards FSSAI HACCP ISO and the drive to maintain high-quality outputs in a fast-paced FMCG environment Key Responsibilities 1 Quality Assurance Compliance Monitor and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards across production Conduct regular audits inspections and quality checks at manufacturing sites Handle basic QA documentation compliance reports and record keeping 2 Issue Resolution Investigate and resolve quality issues deviations or customer complaints Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring issues 3 Cross-Team Collaboration Work with Production Supply Chain R D and Marketing teams for product and process improvements Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance 4 Reporting Report directly to the Quality Manager Prepare and maintain QA reports and records Key Skills Qualifications B Sc M Sc in Food Technology Food Science or Food Engineering 1-2 years of experience in Quality R D Production FMCG preferred Knowledge of FSSAI HACCP and ISO standards Strong attention to detail problem-solving ability and teamwork Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
