VMC Operator Wanted

We are looking for a skilled machine operator to set up and operate VMC machines in our production facility.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up machines as per specifications, reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints accurately, monitoring machine operations to ensure precision and quality, and performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
  • A diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field is required. Prior experience operating VMC machines is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machining: Set up and operate VMC machines to produce high-quality components.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure smooth machine operation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and quality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Tool & Die or relevant field.
  • Experience: Prior experience operating VMC machines is preferred but freshers can also apply.
  • Skillset: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to read technical drawings, and commitment to safety standards.
