We are looking for an experienced professional to develop and deploy cutting-edge intelligent agent solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, large language models (LLMs), and AWS cloud infrastructure, with the ability to build scalable multi-agent workflows and optimize autonomous systems for performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agent Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent solutions using frameworks such as Microsoft Autogen or CrewAI.
  • LLM-Based Agent Orchestration: Build pipelines and workflows for LLM-based agent orchestration.
  • Integration and Deployment: Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and services to enable autonomous agent behavior, and deploy, manage, and scale AI-driven solutions on AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, SageMaker, API Gateway, etc.).
  • Collaboration and Optimization: Collaborate with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product teams to build production-ready solutions, and optimize agents for robustness, efficiency, and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Python Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python with clean, modular, and asynchronous programming experience.
  • AWS Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, SageMaker).
  • Agentic AI Frameworks: Practical expertise in at least one Agentic AI framework: Microsoft Autogen or CrewAI.
  • LLMs and Prompt Engineering: Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Multi-Agent Workflows: Experience in multi-agent workflows and agent state management.
  • AI Service Deployment: Exposure to FastAPI or Flask for AI service deployment.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
  • LangChain and RAG Architectures: Knowledge of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Reinforcement Learning: Understanding of Reinforcement Learning or agent-based simulation.
Education
  • Degree Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
