Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Intelligence Specialist to manage data reporting and support business operations with timely insights.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analysis and reporting, with hands-on experience using tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms. They will be responsible for creating detailed reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex databases and data warehouses.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
  • Practical knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
