As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by unlocking insights from complex data sets. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in SQL, dashboards, and product analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:Data Infrastructure & Management
  • Maintain and improve our internal data warehouse and reporting systems, ensuring seamless integration and scalability through efficient data modeling.
  • Write optimized SQL queries to support reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis, utilizing expertise to enhance data quality and integrity.
  • Design and manage data pipelines, prioritizing data accuracy and reliability throughout the process.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
  • Create engaging and informative dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio for key stakeholders, including product, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Develop templates and reports for critical product metrics, such as funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking, providing actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions.
Product & Behavioral Analytics
  • Manage and configure product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude, ensuring accurate tracking and timely data delivery.
  • Establish and maintain tracking for user actions and product features, enabling data-driven product development and enhancement.
Attribution & Campaign Tracking
  • Guarantee accurate attribution using UTM parameters and campaign data, collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams to validate results and optimize campaigns.
  • Prioritize and implement attribution models that drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data needs, building guides and tools that facilitate access and understanding of data across departments.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by developing training programs and workshops to enhance colleagues' analytical skills.
