Job Opportunity: Sushi Chef de Partie

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting sushi dishes to the highest standards.

This is a full-time role at our Hyderabad location, where you will work closely with our kitchen team to create new recipes and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present sushi dishes to the highest standards
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure food quality and consistency

The ideal candidate will have experience in sushi preparation and presentation, knife skills, knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, excellent team collaboration and communication skills, creativity and attention to detail in food presentation, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
