Senior Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced financial professional with 3-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, taxation, financial analysis, and reporting.
This role involves handling day-to-day finance operations, ensuring smooth business processes, and coordinating across departments to streamline workflows.
Responsibilities include preparing accurate and timely financial statements, management information reports (MIS), and management analyses, conducting financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and trends, and assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
Additionally, this role requires ensuring adherence to statutory compliance, tax filings, and regulatory standards, driving process improvements for financial efficiency and accuracy.
Key qualifications and skills include a strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements, proficiency in MS Excel and financial software, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- 3-4 years of experience in Finance, MIS, and Accounts
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
