Chief Financial Officer

Serve as a strategic partner to oversee and manage financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health and regulatory compliance. This involves handling day-to-day financial activities, analyzing financial data, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

  • Financial Management:
    • Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
    • Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor expenses and provide insights to optimize costs and improve profitability.
  • Invoice Management:
    • Generate and review client invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
    • Follow up on payments and maintain records of receivables and payables.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
    • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Audit:
    • Establish processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and propose improvements.
    • Implement and monitor best practices in financial management.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (CA or MBA in finance is a plus).
    • At least two years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
    • Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
    • A strong understanding of financial principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
    • Soft skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
