At the forefront of digital transformation, we seek a seasoned Business Analyst to spearhead our ServiceNow Order Management and Data project.

This opportunity presents itself as a chance for an experienced professional to join our distributed team and collaborate closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data activities, OM knowledge, and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow. A proven track record of successfully managing large data extractions and converting them into the correct ServiceNow target format is essential.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to grasp functional aspects of data and work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts on mappings. Additionally, experience with all data objects in the context of OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts) is highly desirable.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst Order Management with focus on Data
  • Business Analyst with experience in data activities, OM knowledge and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow
  • Able to grasp functional aspects of data and work with SMEs on mappings
  • Experience in data migration activities, capable to manage large data extractions, covert it into the right ServiceNow target format
  • Desirable experience in OM data model capable to advice best practices on the usage of the fields and its impact on the process
