- Chair weekly project meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure all projects are properly coordinated and communicated to all internal groups as required.
- Plan, track and manage project timelines of projects from land acquisition to the handover stage.
- Manage annual capital planning process.
- Work closely with other Project managers and stakeholders to effectively prioritise the tasks, understand the updates and plan for deliverables.
- Analyse Business Intelligence dashboards to understand the project current status and projections.
- Escalate or highlight delays or potential delays in a timely manner.
- Spearhead project in full.
- Conduct retrospections and document delays and learnings whilst ensuring the learnings are implemented in future projects.
