Creative Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Director to lead our design team in delivering high-quality commercial office building projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
I
- Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies for commercial office buildings, incorporating sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leasing, regulatory, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as consultants, contractors, and vendors, to drive project success.
Project Delivery
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing design team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Architecture from a reputed institute
- MBA preferred
- Project Management Professional from reputed project management institute preferred
Work Experience:
- 15 + years of relevant work experience in project design (architecture, interior) and project management
- Experience working in design consultancy firm required
- Additional experience working in real estate development firm, or
- Additional experience working in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firm
