Cloud Data Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Engineer to work with our team on a challenging project involving big data processing and analytics using the Databricks platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Databricks, proficiency in Python programming, and experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and PySpark. They should also have a solid understanding of ETL design patterns and data warehousing principles.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Working with Databricks to develop and maintain ETL processes
  • Implementing and optimizing data pipelines
  • Writing optimized and efficient code
  • Debugging code when required

Technical Requirements include:

  • 7-12 years of experience as a Data Engineer or related role
  • Strong expertise in Databricks
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and PySpark

Azure Data Engineer certification is a plus but not required. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving ability, solid communication and collaboration skills, and good experience with version control (Git) and ci/cd.
