Software Engineering Role

We're seeking an experienced Sr. Engineer to join our growing engineering team as we expand into AI-powered RCM automation. This role involves partnering with architects and developers to accelerate the delivery of next-generation AI workflows.

This is a hands-on position where you'll be coding daily, optimizing Azure infrastructure, and building agentic AI workflows. You'll improve API performance, automate human workflow processes, and drive AI adoption across our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate AI & Workflow solutions
  • Design and implement agentic workflows for eligibility verification and claims
  • Briefly discuss how LLM frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel) can enhance AI agents
  • Ongoing Cloud & Infra Optimization efforts including cost optimization and performance
  • Take ownership of Azure infrastructure and target meaningful reductions in Azure spend while scaling usage and automating all aspects of our product
  • Deliver APIs and data pipelines using Python, PySpark, REST
  • Improve API sync SLA from 2–4 days to under 2 hours
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated regression testing
  • Enhance scraper and ingestion pipelines to achieve success rates of 90%+

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of direct coding experience in Agentic AI dev work, .NET stack, Docker, Python, PySpark, distributed systems
  • Demonstrated expertise with Azure including Databricks, Functions, Storage, Cost Optimization
  • Proven experience developing and deploying AI/LLM-driven applications in production
  • A track record of improving API reliability and scalability
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities within small teams

  • API sync SLA improved to under 2 hours
  • Azure infra cost reduced by 20-30%
  • Agentic eligibility verification agent MVP successfully shipped to pilot customers
  • Automated tests covering majority of workflows
