Digital Finance Expertise Provider

Job Title: Digital Finance Expertise Provider. Develop and implement senior techno-functional expertise in a team of experts to understand and execute ISS finance requirements across procurement, accounting, cash management, and reporting areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and support teams, to work on various projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with BA/product owner to identify customer needs and challenges and create low-level design and realistic estimates.
• Assist senior and lead techno-functional consultants with tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that leverage the capabilities of the platform.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Provide expertise in data migration, system integration, and reporting solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Configure high-quality and maintainable business processes for Unit4, Eyeshare, Kyriba, Sidetrade, Esker, and related integrations.
• Implement and roll out configurations globally across the product suite as part of the deployment plan.
• Conduct thorough testing as per documented acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing and cross-product integration tests to ensure solution quality and seamless user experience.
• Offer L3 technical support, troubleshooting for complex issues, and Hypercare during deployment.
• Propose/follow SOP for individual deployment and releases or coordinate with the release management team for planned deployments and releases.
• Practice DevOps with an automation-first mindset, demonstrating excellent understanding of branching strategies, version control, best configuration, coding, testing practices, build management, CI/CD pipeline.
• Stay updated with the latest SaaS trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Adopt Agile methods, including updating JIRA and Confluence appropriately.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up, sprint review, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset, collaborating with peers to continuously improve operations and deliver value to the business.
• Participate in user training and knowledge transfer activities.
• Root cause analysis of problems and implement permanent solutions for resolution of root causes.

Requirements:

• Professional degree: B.E/B.Tech/MBA (with finance domain experience), Masters in finance/M.com with computers/CA/ICWA.
• Techno-functional expertise in SAAS ERP preferably Unit4 Financials, Eyeshare P2P.
• Experience in finance domain: purchase to pay, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable.
• Technical knowledge: SQL, Web services (XML, SOAP, HTTP, REST API), SoapUI.
• Agile product management tools: Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps.
• DevOps tools (desirable): Bitbucket/GitHub, Sonar Cube, Team City.
• Knowledge of maritime (desirable).
