Job Title: Credit Risk Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Credit Risk Manager.

About the Job

The primary responsibility of this role is to source and train customers, ensuring they meet our credit requirements. This involves conducting thorough credit checks, analyzing financial data, and making informed decisions about loan disbursal.

In addition to customer acquisition, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collecting repayment on the fields, adhering to our strict collection policies;
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including collections quality, disbursal amount, and insurance attachment rate;
  • Coordinating with colleagues to facilitate disbursement and collections, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing;
