Job Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical professional to own end-to-end retail analytics and convert data into informed business decisions through rigorous analysis, dashboards, and experiments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop diagnostic and opportunity analyses across sales, margin, category/basket, stockouts/returns; provide actionable recommendations with quantified impact.
  • Build/maintain executive-grade data visualizations (Power BI/Tableau/Looker); automate recurring reporting; ensure metric definitions are consistent.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests / quasi-experiments for pricing, promotions, CRM, and UX; communicate trade-offs and decision confidence.
  • Write high-quality SQL/Python code to wrangle large datasets; validate with robust checks and clear documentation.
  • Partner with data engineering on data quality, definitions, lineage, and pipeline improvements; raise and track data issues to resolution.
  • Present insights to senior stakeholders with clear narratives; drive informed decisions and follow through to measured outcomes.
