Senior Office Leader
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch office. This includes managing sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: The ideal candidate will supervise all branch operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement sales plans and marketing activities to drive revenue and achieve business targets.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate employees; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster a high-performing team.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, allocate funds, and analyze financial reports to control costs and achieve profitability goals.
- Customer Service: Build strong customer relationships, resolve escalated issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure the branch adheres to all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze market conditions, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic plans to enhance the branch's growth and market presence.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other branches and management to share best practices and achieve organizational goals.
