Radiance Architecture & Engineering Projects seeks a motivated professional to join its growing team.

This position is open to Architects, Interior Designers, Civil Engineers or Design Professionals with AutoCAD and SketchUp skills.

  • Prepare 2D drawings, layouts and working drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Create 3D models and visualizations in SketchUp.
  • Support concept development and detailed design documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal team members.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and timely execution.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of construction details, materials and design standards.
  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design/Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (not mandatory):

  • 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • Rendering skills.
  • Experience in residential, office and hospitality projects.
