Job Opportunity: Interior Space Planner

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Interior Space Planner to conceptualise and deliver bespoke interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D visualisations to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Source high-quality materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design specifications, budget constraints, and timely delivery requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design plans.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in client negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time, quality delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior design projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Must own a vehicle for office/site commuting.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
