Store Director

This leadership role oversees the boutique's daily operations, prioritizing exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bolster boutique performance by exceeding monthly and annual targets.
  • Leverage market insights to devise revenue-enhancing strategies.
  • Maintain close vigilance on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ticket sizes, and repeat clients.
  • Ensure all client interactions embody luxury brand values.
  • Cultivate a personalized approach to clienteling and post-sale engagement.
  • Coordinate private events, previews, and activations tailored to discerning clients.
  • Serve as a trusted ambassador for the luxury brand, consistently upholding impeccable standards in grooming, etiquette, and storytelling.
  • Foster a high-performing team through strategic recruitment, training, and mentorship of client advisors, assistants, and support staff.
  • Provide continuous feedback, host product knowledge and service training sessions, and encourage an environment of luxury-driven excellence.
  • Promote a cohesive and motivated team culture that drives results.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and oversee safe-room protocols to ensure seamless operations.
  • Authorize transactions, sales invoices, and client documentation while maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure audit readiness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Guarantee timely completion of financial tasks, including bank deposits and card settlements.
  • Preserve a luxurious ambiance by ensuring pristine store presentation, visual merchandising, and layout.
  • Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to client service, security, and operational processes.
  • Evaluate and maintain alignment with company policies across HR, finance, and incentive frameworks.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-10 years' experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewellery, watches, or fashion, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Strong expertise in operational areas like inventory management, finance, and compliance.
  • Superior communication skills in English, with regional language proficiency a plus.
  • Refined personal presence, polished grooming, and excellent etiquette when interacting with clients.
  • A genuine passion for luxury goods, design, and delivering memorable client experiences.
